A Simple Golden Milk Recipe

There’s nothing nicer than a warming, healthy, healing golden milk. Here is a very simple recipe that harnesses all the health benefits:

Ingredients

  • Milk - you can choose any kind, I like coconut
  • x1 Amala Pure Health Turmeric capsule
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Black pepper

Method

  • Pour the milk into a small pot on medium heat
  • Empty your turmeric capsule and a grind or two of black pepper
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes then sprinkle in your cinnamon which is an additional natural anti-inflammatory
  • Let it simmer for another 5 minutes or so to let the flavours all flow together
